I know it's HOT outside, but let me tell you what's COOL: We closed our fiscal year 2024 on June 30 having SOLD A RECORD 12 HOMES to families or individuals!
COOL FACT: We just had our best fundraising year ever, which equals more impact. THANK YOU!
COOL FACT: Our ReStore had a record year with sales that topped $1.5 million in support of our mission.
COOL FACT: We just celebrated our 35th anniversary and the completion of our 250th house overall.
All together now: “We are on a roll!”
As fiscal year 2025 begins, the momentum continues. As I type, we are about to host orientation for our new cohort of board members; we just purchased three new properties at tax auction to add to our inventory for future homes; we are looking forward to two dedications on one morning in a few days; AND work continues on our new ReStore in Colony West Shopping Center, set to open in late fall — stay tuned!
