We're keeping our home building momentum going and are excited to reopen our homeowner application window! We're offering two orientation sessions on Saturday, July 20, to help those interested in becoming a Habitat homeowner understand the requirements, process, and timeline before spending time and energy on an application.
For example, someone might realize the process is not a “quick fix” to their current situation or they might realize they make too much or too little income based on their family size. We can answer questions and perhaps even help them access other resources.
We will have three homes ready for new owners: two homes have three bedrooms and two baths and are located in Little Rock; one home has two bedrooms and one bath and is located in North Little Rock.
Attendance at one of these sessions is required prior to application:
